Have a Very Flexy/Strong February


Hello! I'm so excited to end January with a bang! And that means finishing our in-class PLANK Challenge strong. It'll be a tough class on Saturday but it'll feel great to have completed that BEAST of a task. Get hyped up and you'll do great!

Next week is February and that means an all new calendar with an all new in-class challenge. I will be posting the downloadable February calendar under the Schedule tab on Sunday but I wanted to take this time to introduce thee challenge.....Stretch and Strength! Tada! You guys will absolutely love it. We will still be doing mostly classical pilates moves but I'll mash up 2 or 3 exercises together and we'll work on doing them without a break, in what's called a flow. Plan on learning a few quick Stretch and Strength Flows next month. I'll also be doing our moves and other flows on Instagram for the entire month of Febrary.
