EXPERIENCE PILATES

Pilates is all about you.  Yep, its all about you competing against yourself to achieve your fitness goals.   The main focus points of Pilates are breath, concentration, control, stability, and flow.  By using these principles in my mat Pilates classes you'll be able to sculpt your body by the use of just your body weight, with emphasis on core strength, flexibility and you'll gain the body awareness to do each move more effecently and to be able to push yourself to do better each time.  The creater of Pilates, Joseph Pilates, once said, "In 10 sessions you will FEEL the difference, in 20 sessions you will SEE the difference, and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body."  Experience pilates and feel and see it for yourself!
